Tasks & responsibilities

• Attend photoshoots, building and pest inspections, pre-settlement inspections for their own listings
• Work independently and bring in appraisals/new listings to the agency
• Prospect efficiently
• Buyer calls and appointment setting
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Open Homes, Building and Pest Inspections and Valuations
• Excellent time management & organizational skills.
• High integrity and strong work ethic – must be reliable.
• Trustworthy, dedicated and willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent presentation.
• Strong desire to succeed – be naturally competitive.

Experience & Requirements

• Residential Sales experience
• Proven track record in sales from real estate
• Property Licence Required
• Reliable Car and Drivers License
